§ Mr. NorrisCollege road is a private road and no central record of local road traffic patterns is kept to measure the effect of the toll gate reopening. Similarly no876W central record of road accidents in the immediate vicinity is kept but total casualty figures for the London boroughs of Lewisham and Southward show a declining trend in recent years.
