§ Mr. Roger EvansThe back-to-work bonus will normally be attributed and paid to the person who has made the claim for benefit under which entitlement to the bonus is accrued. In certain circumstances, for example where couples separate, it may be appropriate to transfer bonus amounts between partners. We are looking at the detailed mechanisms for achieving this.
