§ Mr. JackWe have received a number of written and oral approaches from hill farmers and their representatives and hon. Members on hill farming incomes in the context of this year's autumn review of economic conditions in the hills and uplands. All these views were carefully considered before we came to a decision on the rates of hill livestock compensatory allowances which will apply for the 1995 scheme.
