(2) whether he will give support to the UN Secretary General's proposed security force for the refugee camps in Kivu, Zaire.
§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe President of the United Nations Security Council issued a statement on 30 November in response to the UN Secretary General's report on the refugee camps. The United Kingdom played a constructive role in the negotiation of that statement, which it fully supports. A copy has been placed in the House of Commons Library.
