How many (a) administrative and clerical staff, (b) managerial staff, (c) medical staff, and (d) nursing and midwifery staff were employed in11 each health board, directly managed unit, and trust in Northern Ireland for each year since 1989, and what was the total salary costs for these groups of staff.
