HC Deb 15 April 1994 vol 241 cc311-2W
Mr. Steinberg

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security how many youth training recipients have become eligible for top-up payments to bring them up to income support level and for welfare benefits since 11 April; and what will be the cost to public funds.

Mr. Burt

The information requested is not available. Many YT trainees have access to resources beyond their YT allowance—earnings from employers, for example.
