§ Mr. HagueIn order to restore the existing policy intention, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has recently consulted the Social Security Advisory Committee and the local authority associations on a proposed change to the regulations relating to eligibility for housing benefit where rent includes the cost of general counselling and support.
