What are the number and locations of National Health Service hospitals staffed by qualified consultant neurologists and equipped with the technology necessary to diagnose accurately neuromuscular damage caused by exposures to organophosphates.

This information is not available centrally. Many National Health Service hospitals have a neurological service capable of diagnosing polyneuropathies, including those due to exposure to organophosphates.
