§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe European Commission announced on 6 April that it would institute infraction proceedings against Greece in the European Court of Justice on 13 April if by that date Greece had not revoked its decision to deny the former Yugoslav republic of Macedonia access to the port of Salonika. We support this decision.
