§ Mr. YeoThe investigation concluded that alleged offences by Oxford university, under the Radioactive Substances Act 1960, were not proven. Limits and conditions within the authorisations granted to the University by Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution had not been breached. The inspectorate will continue to pay close attention to radioactive waste management operations at Oxford university and will always investigate any complaints.
