§ Mr. Roy HughesTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will list those links on the national motorway network which(a) are to dual four-lane specification and carry average daily traffic volumes in excess of 120,000 vehicles, (b) are to dual four-lane specification and carry average daily traffic volumes between 100,000 and 120,000 vehicles., (c) are to dual three-lane specification and carry average daily traffic volumes in excess of 80,000 vehicles, (d) are to dual three-lane specification and carry average daily volumes between 65,000 and 80,000 vehicles, (e) are to dual two-lane specification and carry average daily traffic volumes in excess of 50,000 vehicles and (f) are to dual two-lane specification and carry average daily traffic volumes between 40,000 and 50,000 vehicles.
