§ Mr. YeoI have received many representations on the client contribution payable under the home energy efficiency scheme. To meet concerns that this contribution may deter some people from applying for a grant to have their homes insulated, I will shortly be laying before Parliament proposals to amend the regulations governing HEES which would remove the requirement for a client contribution.
