§ Mr. JackOn 16 October 1993 there were 9,236 tonnes of butter and 1,200 tonnes of skimmed milk powder in intervention stores in the United Kingdom. This is down on the stocks held on the same day last year when there were 9,941 tonnes of butter and 1,700 tonnes of skimmed milk powder in intervention stores.
