§ Mr. SproatI welcome the decision taken in June by the IOC and the Association of Summer Olympic International Federations to accelerate the unification of their anti-doping rules and procedures. The Sports Council470W requires all governing bodies in receipt of grants and services to implement acceptable anti-doping regulations and the council will continue to work with the governing bodies to achieve greater harmonisation.
