Most data used to compile this table are collected annually and estimates for 1993 will not be available until mid-1994. However, for the domestic sector figures are available for the first six months of 1993 and show total domestic energy expenditure 1.5 per cent. lower than in the first six months of 1992, with expenditure on gas 1.5 per cent. higher but expenditure on electricity and all other fuels 3 per cent. and 6 per cent. lower respectively.
