§ Mrs. Gillian ShephardThe Ministry's Chief Veterinary Officer has written or is about to write to his counterparts in a number of third countries inquiring as to the animal health conditions which would have to be met to enable equidae vaccinated against equine viral arteritis to be eligible for import into those countries.
Current bilateral agreements with Australia and Barbados preclude the export to those countries of equidae vaccinated against EVA. The United States of America will accept vaccinated horses.
