§ Mr. HurdThe programme provision for the total cost of fitting out and equipping the new Secret Intelligence Service headquarters is £86 million. This sum has been included in the programme of the Foreign and Commonwealth office, and we expect the final cost to be within this total. A revised figure will be published in next year's estimates.
