§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe Health and Safety Executive (HSE) provides employers with a wealth of advice and guidance on occupational health, which applies to all persons exposed to health risks at work including older workers. Both the Employment Department and HSE are members of the workplace task force and have been active in supporting "The Health of the Nation" initiatives designed to encourage employers to promote health in the workplace.
