§ Mr. Gwilym JonesInformation on the number built in 1992 has been published in table 2.3 of "Welsh Housing Statistics No. 13 1993", a copy of which is in the Library of the House. Leaving aside the substantial social housing programme funded by Housing for Wales, there were 240 local authority dwellings under construction on 31 August 1993.
