We will be publishing a report tomorrow onExternalities from Landfill and Incineration by the Centre for Social and Economic Research on the Global Environment (CSERGE) and Warren Spring Laboratory. I have arranged for copies of the report to be placed in the Library. The report will be available from HMSO.
