§ Mr. Lennox-BoydMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary has no present plans to meet representatives of Campaign Free Tibet. The Government received copies of the report "Children of Despair" in August 1992 and its contents have been taken into account in the formulation of our policies in respect of Tibet and human rights.
