§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe understand that representations were made on a variety of issues including non-proliferation, during the further round of public consultation on the revised discharge authorisations for Sellafield. These are currently being considered by my right hon. Friends the Secretary of State for the Environment and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
