Mr. Dewar

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will estimate the effect on revenues in 1994–95 and 1993–94 of increasing the taper for the withdrawal of housing benefit to(a) 70 per cent., (b) 75 per cent. and (c) 80 per cent.
