§ Mr. DafisTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what plans he has to extend agri-environmental schemes currently operational in Wales to cover the Ceredigion area.
§ Mr. David HuntThe Cambrian mountains—original and extension—environmentally sensitive areas (ESAs) 545W already cover part of Ceredigion. I have no plans to extend the boundaries of these ESAs. Other schemes containing agri-environmental elements, such as the farm woodland premium scheme, the farm and conservation grant scheme and hedgerow renovation scheme, are already available in Ceredigion.
