We are today sending a consultation document to a number of private sector interests. Views are invited on the best way of taking the project forward so as to offer the private sector a proper return on its investment and to secure value for money for the taxpayer. The Department of Transport will hold discussions where appropriate. A copy of the consultation document has been placed in the Library.
