§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what objectives he has set(a) each section of his Department and (b) each quango or body responsible in whole or in part to his Department for (i) the publication of information or criteria relating to grants available for 1993–94 (ii) the time to elapse between publication date and closing date (iii) the time for notification of a decision after the publication date and closing date, respectively, and (iv) the information to be provided to any unsuccessful applicant.
§ Mr. David HuntThese matters differ from grant to grant and organisation to organisation. The information requested is not held centrally, and could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
