§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will break down into the category of jobs(a) created and (b) safeguarded, the total jobs he referred to as arising from inward investment in 1992–93 in his speech to the Council of Welsh Districts on economic development on Wednesday 21 April in Rhyl; and what information he can provide on the county-by-county location of such promised jobs also broken down by (i) created and (ii) safeguarded;
(2) if he will provide a county-by-county breakdown of the forecast expenditure figure of £949 million, referred to as arising from inward investment in 1992–93 in his speech to the Council of Welsh Districts on economic development on Wednesday 21 April in Rhyl.
§ Mr. David HuntThe county-by-county breakdown of inward investment recorded for Wales during 1992–93 is as shown in the following schedule. The figures are based on information provided by companies at the time the projects were recorded and have not been amended to take account of subsequent developments.
