§ Dr. MawhinneyPrescription pre-payment certificates, which offer real savings to anyone who needs more than 14 prescribed items in a year, or more than five in a four-month period, are not linked to any medical conditions. They are available to anyone who is not entitled to free prescriptions on application, and payment of the required fee, to their local family health services authority.
