§ Mr. SackvilleThe citizens charter first report published Departments' plans for their initial market testing programmes covering the period to 30 September 1993. The Department's programme includes the following professional and related services:

- —the Department of Health library service
- —certain statistical support functions
The market testing process for these services has begun.
