Under United Nations Security Council resolution 808 the United Nations Secretary-General should report by 22 April on the most effective and expeditious way to establish the tribunal. The United Nations secretariat has asked for informal contributions from member states to assist it in that work. We have provided comments in the form of a non-paper. I have arranged for a copy to be placed in the Library of the House.
