To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland when the refurbishment of the Greenock sheriff court will be completed and the court recommence its work therein; and if he will make a statement.

[holding answer 22 March 1993]: The final phase of the refurbishment and extension of Greenock sheriff courthouse is scheduled for completion in May 1994. The building will then be fully commissioned and reoccupied in August 1994.
