To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many persons and of what grade or level have been seconded to(a) the European Commission and (b) UKREP.

Mr. David Hunt

Four Welsh Office staff have been seconded to the European Commission since 1989. Two were higher executive officers and two were administrative trainees. There have been no secondments to the UKREP.
