§ Mr. Lennox-BoydS. G. Warburg is helping to design and implement a programme involving the creation of 10 to 15 national investment funds. The Polish Government lost a vote on 18 March on the privatisation programme. The Polish Prime Minister has said that she would not give up her reform efforts. We remain ready to help.
