HC Deb 18 March 1993 vol 221 c318W
Mr. Flynn

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what are the consequences for British foreign policy of the recently announced decision by the North Korean Government on their attitude to possible inspection by the International Atomic Energy Agency's inspectors.

Mr. Goodlad

The United Kingdom is determined to maintain and strengthen the non-proliferation treaty. We urge North Korea to reconsider its position.
