To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs how many seats on the Committee of the Regions it is proposed to allocate to(a) England, (b) Scotland, (c) Wales, (d) Northern Ireland and (e) Yorkshire and Humberside; and what is in each case the ratio of population to seats.
