§ Mr. DorrellThe Inland Revenue announced on 23 February plans for the first stage of a long term programme to restructure its network of local tax and collection offices. In the period to March 1994, the intention is to begin work on 20 reorganisation schemes involving over 100 existing offices, and to complete 15 schemes. The programme will extend over several years.
