§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Baroness Denton of Wakefield)Inspectors under the Companies Act have not been appointed in relation to this matter and there is no report which could be published under the provisions of Section 437(3)(c) of the Companies Act 1985.
