§ Mr. Kenneth Carlisle[holding answer 9 March 1993]: Consultations with KPMG Corporate Finance, and other advisers on the privatisation of DVOIT, have not revealed any error in the Financial Times advertisement, so there would be no effect on the closing date for replies, or doubt about compliance with EC requirements.
