§ Mr. HurdWe share the wish of all states in the region to see non-racial democracy established in South Africa. We discuss progress on this with representatives of those states at every suitable opportunity.
§ 37. Mr. John CarlisleTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will have further discussion with President de Klerk and other members of the South African Government regarding their proposed constitutional changes.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydWe shall keep in regular touch with them, and with the other main parties in the constitutional negotiations, as the process develops.
