§ Mr. BaldryThe firms of consultants used by Ordnance Survey for work relating to the market-testing programme since November 1991 are P. Bacon Consultancy, Grosvenor Consultancy Services Ltd. and Coopers and Lybrand. The total cost of consultancy advice is estimated to be of the order of £40,000.

§ Mr. BaldryOne person controls Ordnance Survey's market-testing programme, in conjunction with other duties. A number of line managers are involved in individual market testing projects as part of their normal duties. The exact amount of time spent on these duties is not recorded and the cost of the programme could be calculated only at disproportionate cost.
