§ Mr. BaldryUnder part VIII of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989, a property is eligible for disabled facilities grant only if it is a dwelling and the owner has an interest in the land on which it is located. Mobile home owners have difficulty in meeting these legal requirements. We are considering whether ways can be found of extending minor works assistance to mobile home owners for small repairs and adaptations.
