§ Mr. William RossTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if the definition of employees of each of the health and social services boards as(a) Irish, (b) United Kingdom, (c) British and (d) EC citizens is the result of decisions by the boards or of self-definition by the employees.
§ Mr. HanleyThe health and social services boards do not define the nationality of their employees as Irish, United Kingdom, British or EC. Applicants are asked to indicate on the application form whether they are EC or non-EC nationals.
