Whether they propose to implement the Food Advisory Committee's 1989 report recommendation that the weight of prepackaged ice cream should be declared on the label.

In the absence of evidence of significant abuse by manufactussarers or concern among individual consumers, I have no plans to add a weight marking requirement to the current volume marking requirement for prepacked ice cream.
