To ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage what plans he has to meet the director general of the Radio Authority to discuss AM/FM frequency allocations in London.

Mr. Brooke

I meet the chairman of the Radio Authority from time to time and discuss a range of issues. However, it is for the Radio Authority to determine the allocation of AM/FM frequencies assigned to the authority for services in London.
