To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will list the theoretical entitlement, in terms of number of parliamentary constituencies, of each English county and London borough for 1991 and for 1993.

The theoretical entitlement in terms of parliamentary constituencies for counties and London boroughs in 1991 is listed. These figures form the basis on which the Boundary Commission for England is conducting its general review of parliamentary constituencies. Corresponding figures for 1993 are not yet available.
