§ Dr. MawhinneyNational Health Services Overseas Enterprises (NHS OE) is the international marketing arm of the national health service (NHS) in England. NHS OE exists to provide overseas clients with a central point of access to the wealth of skill and expertise within the NHS and other organisations offering health related expertise. Current projects include establishing a management training college in Russia; commissioning a private hospital in Turkey; and planning and developing two health care colleges in Saudi Arabia.
