§ Mr. HanleyIt was agreed during negotiations that information exchanged under the 1990 and 1992 Vienna476W documents should be for official use only. I am, however, arranging for the United Kingdom returns for 1991, 1992 and 1993 to be placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
