§ Mr. HanleyI understand that the Defence, Press and Broadcasting Committee met on 6 May and had preliminary discussions on the review of the D notice system, announced by my predecessor on 26 October 1992,Official Report, columns 509–10, which is now well in hand; and that it plans to meet again in July to consider a draft report of the review.
