HC Deb 14 June 1993 vol 226 c462W
Sir Cranley Onslow

To ask the Secretary of State for National Heritage what assessment he has made of the adequacy of the arrangements which exist to advise blind people of the availability from the Royal National Institute for the Blind of a specially adapted monitor which receives broadcast television signals in sound only.

Mr. Brooke

I understand the RNIB catalogue, which is readily available, includes information about a television sound receiver, which does not need a television licence.
