§ Mr. BennettTo ask the Secretary of State for Transport how the public may obtain road safety audits prepared in accordance with departmental advice note HA 42/90 and departmental standard HD 19/90.
§ Mr. KeyRoad safety audit reports for a particular trunk road scheme may be inspected at any public inquiry which may be held into that scheme or at other times by arrangement with the Department's local office responsible for managing the project. Copies of the reports may be obtained for retention through the same channels at the cost of copying.
